Steve Crossman, M.D. is an associate professor and director of predoctoral programs in the department.  He is a 1995 graduate of the VCU School of Medicine and a 1998 graduate of the Central Washington Family Medicine Residency program in Yakima , WA .  Dr. Crossman is also nearing completion of his Masters of Health Professions Education (MHPE) degree.  Dr. Crossman’s clinical and educational interests include:  community medicine, global health, and the doctor-patient relationship.  His clinical practice is at the Nelson Clinic.
