Deidre A. Henley joined the Dept of Family Medicine in June 2005 as an ACORN Research Assistant and is currently serving as a fiscal technician. She graduated from Southern Connecticut State University, New Haven , CT with a degree in Social Work. She has broad experience in the fields of finance and education, having held the positions of Assistant Branch Manager for a Credit Union and specialist for an Education Service District. She moved to Virginia with her family in August 2000 after living in Portland , Oregon for 22 years. She is a married mother of three children.
