Riverside Family Medicine Residency

The Riverside Family Medicine Residency was established in 1971, and the program has produced over one-third of VCU’s family medicine residents. The program offers a blend of advanced technology, a supportive environment and great training in family medicine. Over 100 faculty members with a full range of specialties provide excellent one-on-one teaching. The program is sponsored by Riverside Health System, with inpatient experience at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News.
